Phillip Weeden, (Xtreme Fitness) has issued a challenge for ANYONE who wants to lose or maintain weight, as well as those interested in toning! All fitness levels are welcome!!! We want you to be confident about your journey to complete health and wellness!
For this challenge, you’ll join our Exclusive Private Facebook Group.
Phil will post short (10-15m) workouts Mon-Th. The beauty of this is that you can workout with him on the spot OR do the workout when you’re available.
If you're competing: you’ll send us your beginning measurements, 4 photos and one video by April 1st and you’ll do the same by April 29th when the challenge is complete.
This challenge is open to those who want to participate without competing!
You’ll determine your meal plans throughout the month and your choice of fitness activities Friday-Sunday.
